Who we are
We are Nextgenya Solutions LLP, a product company based in India. Antena is our platform — a hotel operating system built specifically for independent properties, boutique hotels, and small chains across India.
We're not a large team chasing venture funding. We're builders who noticed that Indian hoteliers were managing reservations in one tool, billing in another, their restaurant in a third — and reconciling everything manually at end of day. We decided to fix that, properly, for the Indian context.
What we believe
Most hotel software sold in India was built elsewhere and localised as an afterthought. GST slabs are handled with workarounds. The timezone defaults to UTC. The currency shows a dollar sign somewhere in the settings. The night audit requires a workaround.
We started from India. INR is the only currency. IST is the default timezone. GST tariff slabs — exempt below ₹1,000, 12% between ₹1,000 and ₹7,500, 18% above — are calculated automatically on every folio, not entered manually.
These aren't features we added. They were the starting point.
What Antena does for hotels
Antena handles the full operational cycle of a hotel property:
Front desk and reservations
A visual tape chart, multi-night bookings, availability holds with automatic expiry, and guest check-in/check-out flows.
Guest folios and billing
Room charges, advance payments, restaurant charges posted directly to room folios, and a final GST-compliant invoice generated at checkout.
Night audit
An automated scheduler runs at 3 AM, posts room charges to active folios, marks no-shows, and generates daily audit reports. Your staff doesn't need to stay up for it.
OTA channel synchronisation
iCal-based sync with Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com. When a room is booked on one channel, it blocks automatically on the others.
In-house restaurant
A full POS with table management, kitchen order tickets, and the ability to post a guest's restaurant bill directly to their room folio.
Online payments
Powered by Cashfree. Payments settle directly into your bank account. We act as a technology partner only and never hold or handle your funds.
Your hotel website
AI-generated from your property details, customisable, and built with full Schema.org Hotel markup so Google can surface your property in rich results.
The company behind Antena
Antena is a product of Nextgenya Solutions LLP. All invoices, receipts, and billing documents issued through the platform carry our legal entity name. We hold no customer funds and handle no sensitive payment credentials — those go directly between you and your payment gateway.
We're building for the long term. The platform is modular, tested, and designed so that enabling one feature never breaks another. Your data is isolated from every other property on the platform.
