Antena is a product operated by Nextgenya Solutions LLP.

1. General Policy

Antena provides software services on a subscription basis. All payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Subscription fees grant access to the platform for the selected billing period.

Once a billing cycle begins, fees for that period are non-refundable.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not result in refunds for the current billing period.

Payments processed through third-party services (such as payment gateways) are subject to the policies of those providers.

Antena is not responsible for processing refunds related to third-party services.

In rare cases, Antena may issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Such decisions are final.
